Micronutrient fertilizer ORAKUL® colofermine of magnesium

ORAKUL® colofermine of magnesium is a concentrated micronutrient fertilizer for foliar feeding of field, vegetable and perennial crops.
ORAKUL® colofermine of magnesium eliminates effectively magnesium deficiency in plants. It does not contain any ballast additives, so it does not cause leaf burn. It is completely absorbed through the leaf surface of plants.

Magnesium is part of chlorophyll, it is in nucleins, phytin and pectin substances. It supports the structure of ribosomes by binding RNA and protein. Magnesium has a positive effect on the absorption of phosphorus.

The following crops are sensitive to the lack of magnesium: corn, sorghum, sugar beet as well as potatoes, legumes and grapes.

Magnesium deficiency can be observed on plants in the areas of high humidity in the sod-podzolic soils of light mechanical composition, as part of magnesium available to them is washed into deeper horizons. Cold spring and low pH level (<5.0) reduce the availability of magnesium present in the soil for plants.

Magnesium deficiency results in the destruction of chlorophyll. The affect is more visible on older leaves. Leaf veins remain green, and the areas of tissues located between the veins have a pale color. This is called a spotted (marble) chlorosis. The edges of leaves curl and die.

At the first signs of chlorosis or as prophylaxis for soils poor in magnesium it is necessary to carry out foliar feeding. Application of ORAKUL® colofermine of magnesium at the beginning of the disease restores the color of leaves and regeneration processes of chlorophyll. With reinforced outflow of sugars from leaves to fruits and seeds, ORAKUL® colofermine of magnesium improves the quality of products. The formulation contains a high concentration of magnesium ions providing decrease of application doses, and hence the cost per hectare.

Nitrogen in ORAKUL® colofermine of magnesium is in a reduced form, which is easily absorbed by the surface of the leaves and improves root development.
ORAKUL® colofermine of magnesium can be used in any water. In hard water, the active substance does not interact with hardness salts (calcium and magnesium), so there is no danger of the calcium sulphate (gypsum) formation, which can lead to breakdown of spraying machinery.

 ORAKUL® colofermine of magnesium has a significant physiological effect on plants, namely:
  • restores the regenerative processes of chlorophyll and enhances protein synthesis system;
  • prevents the destruction of chloroplasts, which makes photosynthesis the most efficient;
  • speeds up the progress of growth processes and cell division;
  • increases activity of enzymes;
  • provokes an intensive water absorption by plant from the soil, increasing drought resistance;
  • increases the product quality.
It is recommended for use in conjunction with VIMPEL® plant growth stimulator .
