VIMPEL-K2® – new exclusive universal formulation for treating seeds, tubers, cuttings, and seedlings of field, vegetable, ornamental, annual and perennial crops.

PROPERTIES

– growth stimulant– adjuvant– adaptogen
– cryoprotectant– anti-stress agent – anti-oxidantсидант

Carboxylic acids are part of biogenic stimulants — substances that plants independently accumulate in their tissues under the influence of adverse environmental factors.

Carboxylic acids introduced from outside accelerate metabolism, positively affect plant immunity and have pronounced antioxidant properties. They also enhance protein synthesis, affect the activity of enzymes which create and neutralize reactive oxygen species (ROS). They do not so much inhibit as control the course of spontaneous oxidative reactions in living cells, preventing the destruction of cell membranes. ROS play the role of signaling mediators that activate various physiological reactions important for protecting plants from both pathogens and the harmful effects of abiotic stressors (activation of antioxidant enzymes, accumulation of low-molecular protectors, etc.).

Carboxylic acids are especially effective when planting or transplanting plants. The root system absorbs better nutrients contained in the soil. In addition, the vital activity of beneficial soil microorganisms around the roots is normalized, which is also important for good plant development.

Thus, the carboxylic acids in the composition of the formulation VIMPEL-K2® increase plant resistance to stress: cold, drought, diseases, accelerate the germination of seeds and tubers, the growth of roots and shoots, and increase yield.

Growth stimulant. Due to the impact of the VIMPEL-K2® components the production of adenosine triphosphoric acid (ATA) is activated, so the formulation is a powerful stimulator of energy production, increases cellular respiration, promotes the absorption of oxygen by cells. The velocity of oxygen consumption by mitochondria (the energy center of the cell) is increased tenfold. This leads to the acceleration of all the metabolic processes, including increase in seed growth energy up to 5-8% and the power of seedling growth, which makes it possible to generate a required plant density. The plant produces more biomass, i.e. growth processes of root system and vegetative mass accelerate. As a result, the resistance of plants to drought is increased by 25-30%.

In perennial crops, the percentage of successful grafting and rooting of cuttings and stalks increases by 15-20%, and the survival rate of seedlings (rooted and grafted) improves by 10-12%. VIMPEL-K2® also helps restore the root system when transplanting seedlings.

Adjuvant. The component of the formulation with high molecular weight is characterized by high film forming ability. Due to this feature VIMPEL-K2® provides fixing of tank formulations on seeds, thus increasing effectiveness of biological products, disinfectants and microfertilizers by 25-30%. With prolonged (up to 2 months) exposure to conditions of lack of moisture in the soil, the seeds are exposed to the negative effects of the provocative moisture, which leads to mold formation. Formed membrane protects the seeds treated with VIMPEL-K2® from provocative moisture, preserving its germination. Field seed germination in particularly adverse conditions increases by 20-25%.

Adaptogen and cryoprotectant. The simultaneous action of polymers raises osmotic pressure directed inside of a cell, improves protein metabolism that is expressed in the synthesis of stress proteins, and also in increase of sugar content in plants. These changes make a plant more resistant to adverse conditions of the environment, it becomes more resistant to high and low temperatures, low humidity. Content of sugar and starch increases by 40%, resulting in the increase of winter hardiness and frost resistance (freezing point of the cell sap and water decreases by 3-5°C).

Anti-stress agent. Application of the formulation in combination with protectants removes pesticide stress. In addition to the above the strength of seedling growth is restored to the inherent in the genotype level.

Anti-oxidant. VIMPEL-K2® reduces the effect of oxidizing agents, stabilizes the livelihood of the natural microflora of the soil around the seed. The formulation protects plants from the excess accumulation of nitrogenous substances (nitrates) in the tissues when their content in the soil is more than necessary.

The recommended application rate of VIMPEL-K2® during seed treatment provides high efficiency due to the optimal concentration of components in its composition.

Thus, complexity of the formulation VIMPEL-K2® gives it the properties of a growth stimulant, adaptogen, cryoprotectant, anti-stress agent, adjuvant, anti-oxidant and makes it ideal for seed treatment. Seed treatment with the formulation VIMPEL-K2® leads to the reinforcement of its effect during the entire life of the plant.

Treatments must be carried out with a solution that was prepared immediately before use.

Such a simple agricultural method as seed treatment with the growth stimulant VIMPEL-K2® leads to an increase in yield by 15-30%, which has an evident economic effect.

Each plant organism has in its composition genetically laid down content of regulators that control growth and development. They are characterized by high biological activity, due to which the processes of cell division are enhanced. Today, four groups of regulators are known that control various processes in cellular systems. This list includes auxins, cytokinins, brassins, gibberellins. Each of these groups makes it possible to adjust the most important reactions and changes that occur in plant cells. In addition, growth stimulants include amino acids, peptides, humic acids, vitamins, enzymes, etc. But it should be noted that the content of phytohormones laid down in the plant organism is very insignificant, which in stressful situations can lead to the occurrence of irreversible destructive processes. Therefore, the application of the VIMPEL-K2® stimulant, developed by experienced specialists of the DOLINA company, will allow you to avoid undesirable consequences of the impact of stress factors on the plant and ensure high and stable yields, the products of which will be able to meet the requirements of the modern consumer.

ЕФЕКТИ ВІД ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ

The affect of the substances in VIMPEL-K2® composition, both as individual elements of influence and in combination, ensures its multifunctionality and is focused directly on the seeds and the processes that occur in them.

POLYHYDROGEN ALCOHOLS

The components that make up the formulation have a high film-forming ability. This allows you to fix tank preparations on the seeds, which increases the effectiveness of biological preparations, pesticides and mineral fertilizers by 25–30%. Due to polyhydric alcohols, which have different molecular weights of the fractional composition of the mixture, it becomes possible to protect against excess moisture and the influence of pathogenic microorganisms, which in turn increases field germination.

In addition, they prevent the processes of water crystallization, which can disrupt the integrity of membranes and organelles, protein metabolism improves, which makes it possible to better cope with stressful growing conditions. The level of sugars and starch content increases by 40%, which increases winter hardiness and frost resistance (the freezing point of cell sap and water decreases by 3-5°C). The impact of polyhydric alcohols in the early stages of development protects seeds from the effects of seed infection, which allows you to obtain higher yields.

CARBONIC ACIDS

When the “seed-soil-environment” system interacts, complex biochemical processes occur in seeds, successful completion of which defines the level and quality of the yield of a particular crop. Each stage of the ontogenesis of a plant organism is characterized by a number of reactions that depend on the content of certain substances available to the seed. There are several phases of seed germination, which have their own characteristics of intracellular processes. The germination process begins with the absorption of water to a point called “critical humidity”. This stage is characterized by complex physicochemical phenomena, during which intracellular transformations occur, which are associated with the inclusion of water molecules in the structure of acids. Then swelling occurs when the amount of moisture in the seed reaches a critical level.

As a result, the vital activity of cells is activated, enzymatic systems begin to come into action, and the respiratory coefficient increases significantly. A young plant is formed, consisting of a sprout and primary roots. The final phase of seed germination occurs when the organism switches to full autotrophic nutrition. Under normal growing conditions, these processes occur without difficulty and as a result, this allows you to obtain a high-quality result. However, it is known that during the process of growth and development, the plant is exposed to the negative effects of factors, leading to intracellular disorders.

Due to the application of VIMPEL-K2®, it has become possible to neutralize the effect of complex processes that occur in the plant organism under stress. The components that make up the formulation have macroergic bonds which activate the production of the universal energy accumulator ATP. As a result, cellular respiration is enhanced, oxygen is better absorbed, which makes it possible to activate all metabolic processes.

VIMPEL-K2® also affects the processes of peroxidation, which destroy the cell. Cell damage is a typical pathological process based on the violation of its structural integrity and functional properties. There is a number of factors, the interaction with which can cause damage. One of the consequences of such an effect is the launch of lipid peroxidation (LPO) processes. The initiators of LPO are free radicals (hydroxyl radical, singlet oxygen, hydrogen radical). To counteract the negative effects of free radicals, the cell has an antioxidant protection system, which is represented by various substances.

The effect of the VIMPEL-K2® complex makes it possible to stop negative processes that the cellular antioxidant defense system cannot cope with. The components of the formulation help the successful course of the Krebs cycle, which intensifies the processes of ATP formation and, as a result, leads to an increase in germination energy.

MODIFIED HUMIC ACIDS

Humic acids have unique properties. The use of these substances allows to increase ecological purity, improve the quality of agricultural products, reduce the growth and ripening periods, increase yield, restore soil fertility. However, due to the peculiarities of the behavior of humic acids, their biological activity in solutions is at a rather low level. Therefore, DOLINA specialists conducted research to obtain modified humates that have a changed chemical nature and conformation. As a result, it was possible to increase the biological activity of the complex, thereby having a multifaceted effect on all stages of plant growth and development.

This effect is mainly due to chelating properties. Carboxyl (COOH) and phenolic (OH) groups of humic acids are able to form chelating complexes with microelements and in this form transport them into the plant body. They also provide a high exchange capacity of the soil.

Quinones contain unlocalized electrons in their structure, which can capture, accumulate, and then give solar energy to the plant cell.

Due to their properties, humates are able to increase the energy of the plant cell, stimulate the processes of vital activity of living organisms, accelerate the growth and development of plants. VIMPEL-K2® increases the resistance of plants to drought by 25–30%. In perennial crops, the percentage of successful grafting and rooting of cuttings increases by 15–20%, and the survival rate of seedlings improves by 10–12%. VIMPEL-K2® also contributes to the restoration of the root system after transplanting seedlings. Ultimately, the effect of the complex makes it possible to enhance growth and increase the productivity and quality of plant products.
