Dolina Group is an association of companies that specializes in the development, research and implementation of plant growth stimulators, microfertilizers and adjuvants into the farming industry. The first company was founded in 1997 by Iurii Lopaienko.
Our slogan is: “Experience. Reliability. Result.” Our operations are based on a strong tradition of respect and integrity. We adhere to these principles both within the organization and in relation to the world.
Development of the marketing system is one of the company’s priorities. The marketing department includes marketing and advertising managers, Internet marketers, scientists and designers. The department’s tasks include cooperation with all links of the enterprise’s structural chain, forming the company’s brand and promoting its trademarks. The focus of efforts is the end consumer and satisfying their needs through the products and accompanying services promoted by the company on the market.
Specialists of all levels and specializations are one of the key factors of successful and long-term activity of the enterprise. Their presence and high qualification are closely monitored by the employees of the company’s HR department, who promote the brand of a reliable employer both in Ukraine and abroad. The company’s HR department actively supports employees on the path of their development, implementing various professional and personal training programs.
Accomplished managers with higher agronomic education scrutinize the needs of agricultural producers of all levels – from the small farms to large holdings. On the basis of this analysis in our own, modern chemical laboratories, the close-knit team of the research department comprising synthetic chemists, analytical chemists and agronomists are working to develop new products and improve the existing ones. The leading specialists of the department are awarded with the highest qualification in chemistry and agricultural sciences, confirmed by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) of Ukraine.
Currently the company employs the following specialists:
- 6 Candidates of Agricultural Sciences,
- 2 Candidates of Chemical Sciences,
- 1 Candidate of Technical Sciences.
The Research Department is represented by the specialists whose activities consist of cooperation with the scientific institutions both in Ukraine and abroad. The specialists of this branch form a program for research and testing of new products in laboratories, on experimental fields and sites of scientific institutions. The Field Research Department is engaged in studying the needs of end consumers and the behavior of the company’s products under the field conditions of their application.
After thorough researches on the effectiveness of the formulations and compliance with all the applicable environmental standards the production workers undertake the task, carefully monitoring product quality at each stage. The head of production has a scientific degree – Candidate of Technical Sciences.
The production unit has equipped workshops for the production and packaging of products in liquid and dry preparative forms. Raw materials and finished products undergo the quality control in the production laboratory under the supervision of technologists. The production capacity of the unit per 24 hours is 105 thousand liters of liquid and 52 tons of dry products, while the area of production facilities is 6200 m2. From a certified warehouse with a capacity of 2800 pallet spaces and an area of 900 m2, the company’s products are shipped to partners and customers in Ukraine and around the world.
As of 2025, the company’s product portfolio includes 44 products. The most famous are the VIMPEL® plant growth stimulant line, which includes 4 products and already has several generations, as well as the professional ORAKUL® microfertilizer line, consisting of 14 products. The PASLINIY® nightshade crops stimulant produced by the DOLINA company has gained the favor of vegetable growers from many countries of the world.

У 2024 році компанія представила на ринку активатори раннього посіву ВИМПЕЛ МАКСІ® НС та ВИМПЕЛ МАКСІ® НК.
The BAK LAN® amino acid complex and AUDITOR® adjuvant are indispensable components of the technologies of Ukrainian farmers. Dry microfertilizers produced by the company are represented by a line under the LURS® trademark. Starting from 2022, the company has been actively introducing the specialized growth stimulants CROSSLIPS®, SOYLIPS®, GRAINLIPS®, SUNLIPS®, CORNLIPS®, SWEETLIPS® and FRUITLIPS® to the market, which commence the beginning of a large line of professional products. In 2024, the company introduced early sowing activators VIMPEL MAXI® NS and VIMPEL MAXI® NK to the market.
Plant growth stimulants, microfertilizers and adjuvants, which the company promotes, require a special registration procedure in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and other countries. At the company, this function is performed by the state registration and certification specialist, the results of whose activities are the starting point for the beginning of sales of the company’s products.
Analytics of the performance indicators of the DOLINA company and its employees, partners and sales markets are managed by our demanding specialists of the planning and economic department. All the financial transactions and reporting are controlled and performed by accountants of the relevant department with the support of the legal department. In its operation, the department is guided by such principles as truthfulness, accuracy, transparency and perfect compliance with the requirements of regulatory legislation. The company’s well-thought-out economic policy is aimed at forming stable financial reserves that allow the company to develop in the long term and confidently bypass crisis situations. The company uses these criteria when selecting partners.
The product sales system is divided depending on the geography of sales markets and segmentation of end consumers. The company has formed a B2B sales department in Ukraine through a developed distribution system, a B2C sales department for consumers from urban and rural areas through cooperation with retail chains, and a foreign economic department, specialists of which focuse on the development of foreign markets. The main logistics hub of the company is located in the city of Poltava and has 5,500 pallet spaces and an area of 2,400 m2. All logistics processes and documentary support for sales operations are controlled by the specialists working in the logistics department of the DOLINA company.
The DOLINA company supports the consumers of its products with the help of professional consulting managers, who are present in every region of our country. Their task is to inform farm agronomists on the implementation of the latest agricultural technologies, to explain how to apply the growth stimulants and microfertilizers.
