APPLICATION ON RAPESEED (WINTER AND SPRING)

Increasing yield by 15% is easy!

Studying the peculiarities of rapeseed plant growth and development, scientific department specialists of the DOLINA company created a specialized rapeseed growth stimulator CROSSLIPS^®, which contains synthetic analogues of natural growth regulators. These substances are formed during metabolic processes and are required in miniscule quantities to start and regulate physiological and genetic programs of plants.

Advantages of using the formulation on rapeseed:

• increases the number of stems on the plant by 10-20%;
• increases the number of pods on the plant by 10-15%, increases the length of the pod by 10-12%;
• increases the number of seeds in the pod by 20-30%;
• increases the weight of seeds from a plant by 15-25%;

Adding of the complex universal micronutrient fertilizer ORAKUL^® multicomplex (application rate 1.0-2.0 L/ha) at this time provides the plant with all the necessary nutrients, regardless of changes in weather conditions or the physiological state of the soil.

Application of micronutrient fertilizer ORAKUL^® colofermine of boron 1.0-1.5 L/ha is determined by increased demand of rapeseed in boron. It is boron that increases the elasticity of tissues, thus preventing the stem and root crown from cracking during sudden temperature extremes in winter.

Farmers who grow rapeseed are well aware of the damage caused by the larvae of the cutworms in autumn. Up to 10 plants can be affected by just one such larva per day, and their feeding continues until October.

The microfertilizer ORAKUL^® sulfur active (1.0-1.5 l/ha) will help increase the effectiveness of insecticides.

The fumigant properties of the formulation ORAKUL^® sulfur active (a sharp, suffocating odor) provoke the migration of pests to the surface. They actively feed on plants treated with insecticides, consuming lethal doses of the formulations.

Data of research institutions and practical experience show that application of the recommended cultivation technology of winter rapeseed in autumn increases yields by 300-400 kg/ha. Note that profit from even minimal extra yield is several times higher than the cost of the formulations.

• the content of oils, vitamins and other nutrients in the grain increases;
• the weight and number of 1000 seeds increase;
• resistance to pests, fungal diseases and lodging increases;
• winter hardiness and drought resistance increase;
• the development of the root system and overall development improve, and yield increases.

The technology also includes the microfertilizer ORAKUL^® colofermine of phosphorus (1.5 – 4 L/ha), which ensures full growth and development of rapeseed plants, and also helps to increase yield.

Application of micronutrient fertilizers ORAKUL^® (Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Mg) is conducted when there is deficiency of the corresponding elements.

According to the data of the leading Ukrainian research institutions:

• seed treatment: VIMPEL^®-K + ORAKUL^® seeds increases productivity by 140-340 kg/ha or 5.5-16.7%;
• if adding to the previous scheme the treatment in the phase of 4-6 true leaves in autumn: VIMPEL 2^® + ORAKUL^® multicomplex + ORAKUL^® colofermine of boron, extra yield of rapeseed amounts to 300-400 kg/ha;
• treatment in the phase of 4 – 6 leaves with the stimulant VIMPEL 2^® + ORAKUL^® multicomplex + ORAKUL^® colofermine of boron followed by treatment in the phase of bud formation with VIMPEL 2^® + ORAKUL^® multicomplex + ORAKUL^® colofermine of boron leads to extra yield increase up to 1.030 kg/ha.

Water matters!

Problems arising from certain water characteristics should not be underestimated, as they can directly affect the effectiveness of tank mixtures through sedimentation, hydrolysis of pesticides, runoff of the working solution or insufficient wetting of the leaf surface during foliar treatments of plants.

Alkaline water. As a rule, if the pH is 7.5 or higher, a number of pesticides undergo half-life in a short period of time (0.5-3 hours), therefore the pH value of the solution is an important factor in ensuring the effectiveness of all the components of the tank mixture. The pH stabilizer REFERI^® is used to acidify the tank mixture.

Hardness salts. Hard water contains an excess of hardness ions (magnesium, calcium, iron), which has a negative effect on the components of the tank mixture, up to the formation of sediment in the sprayer tank and clogging of nozzles. AUDITOR^® water softener will help to neutralize the effect of hardness salts. At the same time, the formulation forms biologically active chelated natural complexes with cations of hardness salts, converting them into a form that is easily absorbed by plants.

Adjuvants AD’YUTANT^®, FORTEL^®, PAKT^® solve the problems of runoff or insufficient wetting of the leaf surface with the working solution. In the tank mixture, they perform the function of a surfactant, which allows to increase the effectiveness of the components of the tank mixture, prevent preparation runoff and evenly distribute them on the surface of plants.
