APPLICATION ON CUCUMBERS (WATERMELONS, MELONS)
Treatment of seeds with the formulation for planting material treatment VIMPEL®-K/K2 (2-3% solution) with stimulant properties and complex micronutrient fertilizer ORAKUL® seeds (5% solution) results in:
- increase in the germination rate and field germination of seeds up to 7%, and seedling growth energy, which makes it possible to generate the required stand density of plants;
- more active development of the root system and sprouts.

Application of the plant growth stimulant VIMPEL 2® (application rate 0.5 L/ha) in the phases of 3 – 5 true leaves up to the flowering stage, and 1 – 2 applications during fruit initiation every 10 – 14 days:
- accelerates the metabolic processes in tissues, plants absorb nutrients from the soil and from microfertilizers more intensively when applying foliar feeding, and fertilizing effectiveness is increased by 30%;
- enhances the efficacy of pesticides by 20-25%;
- decreases by 2 – 2.5 times disease development intensity;
- activates the development of soil microorganisms by 1.5 – 2 times;
- enhances the heat and drought resistance of plants;
- increases fruit productivity, marketability, and quality.

Adding the complex universal micronutrient fertilizer ORAKUL® multicomplex (application rate of 1.0-2.0 L/ha) at this time provides the plant with all necessary nutrients, regardless of changes in weather conditions or the physiological state of the soil. Besides, due to it:
- solids and sugar content increase by more than 2%;
- sugar and vitamin content increase;
- weight and fruit number increase;
- plant productivity increase.
- seed treatment: VIMPEL®-K + ORAKUL® seeds and treatments with the VIMPEL 2® stimulant in the phase of 3 – 5 leaves and during active growth increase productivity by 12% (in the case of watermelons, this index is 5600 kg/ha);
- if adding to the previous scheme treatment with the micronutrient fertilizer ORAKUL® multicomplex during the active growth period, extra yield amounts to +17% (in the case of watermelons, it’s 7900 kg/ha).
Water matters!
Problems arising from certain water characteristics should not be underestimated, as they can directly affect the effectiveness of tank mixtures through sedimentation, hydrolysis of pesticides, runoff of the working solution, or insufficient wetting of the leaf surface during foliar treatments of plants.
Alkaline water. As a rule, if the pH is 7.5 or higher, a number of many pesticides undergo half-life in a short period of time (0.5-3 hours), therefore the pH value of the solution is an important factor in ensuring the effectiveness of all the components of the tank mixture. The pH stabilizer REFERI® is used to acidify the tank mixture.
Hardness salts. Hard water contains an excess of hardness ions (magnesium, calcium, and iron), which have a negative effect on the components of the tank mixture, up to the formation of sediment in the sprayer tank and clogging of nozzles. The AUDITOR® water softener will help to neutralize the effect of hardness salts. At the same time, the formulation forms biologically active chelated natural complexes with cations of hardness salts, converting them into a form that plants easily absorb.
Adjuvants AD’YUTANT®, FORTEL®, and PAKT® solve the problems of runoff or insufficient wetting of the leaf surface with the working solution. In the tank mixture, they perform the function of a surfactant, which allows for increasing the effectiveness of the components of the tank mixture, preventing the preparation runoff and evenly distributing them on the surface of plants.
